covid19 mitigations are in place - the salon will return to normal working hours from 21st june 2021
During 2018 we experienced an increased number of failed appointments. This amounts to lost time and revenue for our stylists.
Therefore we have decided to take a deposit of £25 on all booking over 1.5 hours and/or £100 to reduce the number of failed appointments. This will be automatically deducted from your bill on the day of your appointments.
We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy; Your deposit will be forfeited for any failed appointment(s) in accordance with our terms and conditions of service.
We apologise should this cause you any inconvenience and hope that you understand our reasons for implementing this policy.
