8.1. This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance English Law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this legal notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of England and Wales.
9.1. Clients may cancel their appointment(s) without incurring any charge up to 4pm on the immediately previous working day before the scheduled appointment time either by logging into their personal profile online or by contacting us on 0161 439 8058.
9.2. We do not accept cancellation of your appointment by email, social media or via SMS. You must telephone our reception on 0161 439 8058 to cancel.
9.3. Should you fail to attend or miss your scheduled appointment you will be charged a £25.00 (twenty-five pounds sterling) administration fee per appointment. In the event of your appointment being for a promotional deal or booked via a 3rd party (e.g. Treatwell, Groupon, Wowcher) then the full amount of your voucher will be forfeited.
9.4 If you are late for your appointment we cannot guarantee that we have sufficient time to complete service for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will assume you are not coming and charge our fee in accordance with clause 9.3.
9.5 We may at our discretion charge a surcharge of £9.50 per hour where service exceeds our scheduled closing time due to you arriving late for your appointment.
9.6 Sunday is a premium service day and a surcharge of £9.50 per hour will be added per customer to cover additional labour costs.
