All orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Click & Drop service by the next working day following your order. Please note that we are closed on Sunday and Monday. You will be prompted to select which service of Royal Mail you require, e.g. Tracked24, Tracked48, Special Delivery, etc.
We may automatically upgrade your service for high value orders / items to provide us with proof and/or insurance of delivery and/or to ensure satisfactory condition of the items received by you.
Electrical Items will always be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked24 for insurance purposes.
Any damages caused during delivery must be reported to us with 24 hours of delivery and to assist us with Royal Mail, please provide photographic evidence of both the product(s) and packaging. You can contact us on 0161 439 8058.
Please note that we can only accept returns of complete and unopened products and any such returns will be accepted at the discretion of Ed's Hair (Bramhall) Ltd. We cannot accept returns of any hair straighteners, tongs, wands or hot brushes, as these are classed as personal use items.
We often run promotions for our world famous Brazilian blow dry; these are prepayment only and your purchase online will be transferred to your profile on our salon systems for automatic redemption on the day of service.
