At Eds Hair, we believe every client should be charged fairly for the professional products used during their service. That is why we use Vish, a professional salon inventory system, to accurately measure product usage across selected treatments.
Built-in allowance
Each service includes a standard product allowance. This allowance depends on the type of treatment being carried out.
Fair for everyone
If your service requires product above the standard allowance, any excess product used will be charged accordingly.
Why we have introduced this policy
Hair is beautifully individual. Some clients have shorter or finer hair, while others have longer, thicker or more porous hair that naturally requires more product to complete the same type of service.
Our fair usage policy allows us to treat every client equally, while taking into account the frequency of visits, the service being carried out, and the length and thickness of the hair.
This ensures any additional professional product costs needed to complete your service are covered in a fair and transparent way.
