Brazilian Blow Out After-Care Instructions:

To ensure the best results for your Brazilian blow out it is important to follow our simple after-care instructions.  Faiulure to follow out aftercare advice may result in damage to your hair and/or treatment.

7 Days before your appointment

• No colour or highlights
• No chemical treatments
• Your hair must not be fragile or suffering from breakage

During the first 2 days post treatment:

• Do not wash or get your hair wet *;
• Do not tie back/up, clips or use any hair accessories;
• Use minimal hair styling products;
• You must wash your hair after the 2 day waiting period

* there is no 2-day waiting period to wash your hair with the formaldehyde-free version.

During the first 7 days post treatment:

• No colour or highlights
• No chemical treatments
• Treat your hair with a moisturizing hair mask to ensure your hair remains hydrated; especially important during the autumn / winter months.

Post treatment you must use salt-free shampoo and conditioner (i.e. does not contain sodium chloride). We recommend the use of salt-free shampoo and conditioner by Eds to pro-long the life of the treatment, prevent frizz from blow-drying and to give that smooth silky feel every day. Our aftercare is also sulphate free, to protect your colour and parabens free.

 Online Orders Are Satisfied Direct By Eds Hair

For best results we recommend repeating this treatment every 12 weeks as the treatment will progressively fade-out over time. This is usually quicker for coarse Afro hair types. We guarantee our work for 12 weeks (8 weeks for Asian & Afro hair, 4 weeks for gents) where after-care is purchased from the salon and within the past 12 weeks; else 4 weeks guarantee otherwise.
