Terms and Conditions for Brazilian Blowout Masterclass at Eds Hair
1. Overview Welcome to the Brazilian Blowout Masterclass hosted by Eds Hair. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for participating in our training event, designed for experienced hairdressing professionals seeking to perfect their skills in Brazilian blowout techniques.
2. Sign-Up Process

Eligibility Requirements: To register for this masterclass, participants must:
- Have attained a Level 2 qualification in hairdressing (or equivalent).
- Possess a minimum of three years of professional hairdressing experience.
- Be confident and proficient in performing high-quality blow dry techniques.

Registration: Interested participants must purchase their place in advance via our website. Acceptance into the masterclass is subject to review and confirmation by Eds Hair.
3. Model Requirements

Availability: Each participant is required to bring a model to the masterclass from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the day of the event.

Hair Criteria: The model’s hair should be between shoulder-length and mid-back length, in healthy condition, and not excessively processed by bleach. Ideally, the model should have wavy, curly, textured, or frizzy hair suitable for a Brazilian blowout.

Model Provision by Eds Hair: Alternatively, if a participant cannot provide their own model, Eds Hair can arrange one for a fee of £99. Participants must request this service at least 7 days in advance of the masterclass to ensure availability.
4. Equipment Requirements

Personal Equipment: Participants are required to bring their own equipment for use in practical workshops. This includes a hair dryer, straightener, scissors, combs, clips, and brushes.
5. Fees and Payment

Course Fee: Details regarding the masterclass fee are provided upon registration completion. Full payment is required to secure a spot in the masterclass.

Model Fee: If opting for a model provided by Eds Hair, the £99 fee must be paid in full along with the course fee. This fee is non-refundable if the model is cancelled less than 7 days before the event.
6. Cancellations and Refunds

Participant Cancellation: Participants may cancel their registration up to 14 days before the masterclass for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Event Cancellation: Eds Hair reserves the right to cancel the masterclass due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, registered participants will receive a full refund.

Refunds: Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of the course fee paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.
7. Conduct and Responsibilities
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times during the masterclass. Eds Hair reserves the right to remove any participant from the event due to disruptive or unprofessional behavior without a refund.
- Bookings for this course refer to a specific course named in the confirmation and is not transferrable to another course.
- We regret that tickets are not transferable to another named individual without prior approval by Eds Hair.
8. Liability
- Eds Hair will not be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property arising during the masterclass. Participants are advised to have their own insurance to cover any such occurrences.
9. Intellectual Property
- All training materials provided during the masterclass, including but not limited to instructional videos, diagrams, and written materials, are the intellectual property of Eds Hair and are intended solely for personal use by the participants. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy
- Personal information collected during the registration process will be used in accordance with our privacy policy available on the Eds Hair website. This includes managing your registration and communicating with you about the event.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Agreement to Terms
- By registering for the Brazilian Blowout Masterclass, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the participant and Eds Hair regarding the event.
